This year, our team packed up our newest motors, accessories, brochures, and a whole lot of excitement, and flew straight to Milan for EICMA 2025. If you’ve never been to EICMA, imagine a huge global festival where every corner is filled with motorcycles, e-bikes, displays, gears, futuristic mobility ideas, and thousands of curious visitors. It’s loud, lively, and honestly the perfect place for a company like us to show what we’ve been building over the past year.
The moment the event opened, our booth started drawing people in. A lot of visitors came specifically to check out our upgraded mid-drive motor system. Many said the compact design looked clean and solid, and the moment we explained the torque performance and noise reduction improvements, you could see their eyes light up. Some OEM reps even asked for on-the-spot demos and immediately started brainstorming bike models that could fit our mid-drive.
Our hub motors also got tons of attention—especially from European distributors who are looking for something durable enough for city rental fleets but still smooth and lightweight. Several visitors commented that our motor shell and internal structure felt more “reliable” compared to products they had seen earlier in the hall.

Of course, motors weren’t the only stars. We brought our full accessory lineup to give everyone a clear picture of how our system works as a whole. People had fun testing the TFT displays, checking the brightness of the front lights, and picking up the brake levers to feel the weight. A few engineers were especially interested in the speed sensors, hall-cutoff brake levers, and the waterproof splitter cables, asking detailed questions about connector types and compatibility.
One visitor joked, “Wow, you guys really brought a whole bicycle in pieces.”
Honestly? Yes. That was exactly the point.
We wanted everyone to see that we’re not just selling motors—we’re offering a complete, reliable, ready-to-build ecosystem.
Apart from showing products, EICMA also gave us a chance to talk with people from all over the world. We chatted with rental service companies from Spain, e-bike startups from Germany, frame manufacturers from Italy, and even a few newcomers from South America who were excited about entering the electric mobility market. Many expressed interest in long-term cooperation, especially because a one-stop system makes their work easier.
We also spent time walking around the exhibition to learn from others. The big trends this year were pretty clear: lighter frames, smarter displays, integrated sensors, and a strong push for energy-efficient motors. Seeing these trends firsthand helps us adjust our upcoming projects so we can stay ahead of the market.
By the time EICMA wrapped up, our team was tired but super motivated. The feedback we received—both the compliments and the suggestions—will push us to keep improving. It was an amazing chance to show what Found Motor can do, and we’re already excited about what we’ll bring next year.
Until then, we’ll keep building, testing, and refining—so the next time you visit our booth, we’ll have even more surprises waiting.
